The Movio EQ home page is divided into two panels:
- Navigation on the left
- Audiences and high-level stats on the right
Navigation
Here you'll find pages (some on the second level) for creating campaigns and journeys, building an audience, customizing movie content, and viewing detailed reports.
Under Settings, you can also perform admin tasks, such as creating tags, and, at the bottom of the panel, you can edit your user profile.
Audiences and high-level stats
Audiences
At the top of the panel are various ways of viewing and defining audiences that you can start a campaign from.
The carousel
By default, you'll see a carousel of movies that is sorted by recommended audience (members who are likely to be interested in a movie, as per Movio's Propensity Algorithm™). If you mouse over a movie, you'll see its release date, a propensity chart, and a button that allows you to start creating a campaign for it right away. To learn about how EQ selects movies for the carousel, read this article.
By changing tabs, you can also define audiences and start campaigns based on personas, projected CLV, and projected churn.
Note:
- The propensity stats take showtimes into account. Read more about their impact in the Propensity Algorithm™ article.
- When no data is available, only the movie name and release date will be shown.
Previous 28 days
In the middle of the panel, you can view high-level member, admission, and revenue stats, benchmarked against the prior month, quarter, or year.
Click Reports to access the Overview, Campaigns, or Journeys report for detailed stats.
Recent campaigns
At the bottom of the panel, you can view high-level campaign stats. Click on a specific campaign to see more detailed interaction stats.
Click All campaigns to be taken to the Campaigns report.
