To comply with data-protection laws in your region, you'll need the ability to unsubscribe members from marketing communications.
There are two ways to do this:
- Directly, in Vista Loyalty.
- Using a third-party database, which periodically updates Vista Loyalty.
To use the latter option, you'll need to work with your Movio representative to set this up during onboarding, or, if you're already using Movio EQ, log a ticket to request it.
You'll need to provide Movio with a URL for redirection to the third-party application that manages the database.
Once Movio have set up the redirection, this URL will appear in Settings > Subscription categories under General on each subscription category's page.
