Because behavioral and other data in your Loyalty-member database is always changing, the actual recipients of a campaign may differ slightly from the audience you define before it's deployed.
If you want to download a CSV file of your full audience or recipients, there are two options:
- While the campaign is still a draft, you can download the targeted (full) audience.
- After the campaign has been deployed, you can download either the targeted audience or the recipients (the people who actually received the campaign).
Note: The recipient data will only be available for a maximum of 30 days after a campaign has been deployed.
Before you begin
You'll need the Download personal data permission (under Settings > Users) in Movio EQ to be able to perform the download. Someone with Manage users permission will need to give this to you.

- Go to the campaign's Audience page.
- At the top of the Audience profile, click the download icon.
- Select the option you want.
- Give the CSV file a name.
- Select the data you want to include.
- Click Download.
