Individual campaigns provide basic interaction stats, such as open, click, and unsubscribe rates, on their Delivery tab after they're sent. If you want more detailed and visual stats, or to compare multiple campaigns, the Campaigns report (Reports > Campaigns) is the place to go.
Some of the things you can do with the Campaigns report
- View campaign data that's updated daily (around midnight, local time).
- Monitor interactions, transactions, demographic impact, and Loyalty redemptions related to campaigns.
- Compare recent campaigns to make better decisions for future ones.
- See how campaigns influence moviegoer behaviour, performance of movies, food and beverage sales, loyalty programs, and individual theatres.
- See how campaign recipients are behaving compared to a control group.
When you first view the Campaigns report, you'll get a high-level impression of your campaign interactions (open, click, and unsubscribe rates, for example). This will default to a comparison between the current and prior 28 days (benchmark).
Change the date range, campaigns, and benchmark to focus in on the data you want to see.
Mouse over or click on individual metrics to drill down further.
- Click View campaigns to select the campaigns you want to compare in the report. You can then also click Filter and narrow the results down further by selecting tags.
- Click the menu on the right of the header (three vertical dots) to export a CSV file or PDF of the report.
Tabs
Interactions: View open and click rates, and other metrics related to email delivery and engagement. Note: Interactions are updated in real time. Everything else is daily.
Transactions: View admissions, revenue, and other transaction-related metrics. Here, when you're viewing a single campaign, you can also see uplift related to the campaign's control group.
Recognitions: View the uptake of campaign-related Loyalty rewards, and the day time-range in which they were redeemed.
- Only campaigns that have been executed (deployed and sent) within the selected date range will be included in the report. Movio EQ will report on those campaigns in their entirety; it won't exclude part of their data based on the end date.
- Uplift, related to control groups, will only be displayed for single campaigns.
