Individual journeys provide basic delivery and interaction stats on their Delivery tab after they're sent. If you want more detailed and visual stats, or to compare multiple journeys, the Journeys report (Reports > Journeys) is the place to go.
Because journeys run for longer than campaigns, we're able to show you deeper moviegoer insights and longer trend analysis.
Some of the things you can do with the Journeys report
- View journey data that's updated daily (around midnight).
- Monitor interactions, transactions, demographic impact, and Loyalty redemptions related to journeys.
- Compare recent journeys to make better decisions for future ones.
- See how journeys influence moviegoer behaviour, performance of movies, food and beverage sales, loyalty programs, and individual theatres.
- See how members are interacting with specific rules and actions and within journeys.
When you first view the Journeys report, you'll get a high-level impression of your journey interactions (open, click, and unsubscribe rates, for example). This will default to a comparison between the current and prior 28 days (benchmark).
Change the date range, journeys, and benchmark to focus in on the data you want to see.
Mouse over or click on individual metrics to drill down further.
- Click View journeys to select the journeys you want to compare in the report, and see their individual statuses.
- Click the menu on the right of the header (three vertical dots) to export a CSV file or PDF of the report.
