To use a loyalty code in a campaign, you first need to set up a Recognition in Vista Loyalty Admin.
General setup

Specific setup
Below is the specific, required setup you'll need in the Add/Modify Recognition form so that Movio EQ can apply the recognition to members' accounts.
Note: The screenshots are from Loyalty 5.0.10.
Section 1: Data
- Name: We recommend that the name you give your manual recognition is the same as the External Code you'll assign in Section 6.
- Type: Select Partner Promotion.
- Partner: Select the partner that represents Movio in Loyalty.
- Item: Select the concession or ticket associated with the recognition.
- Club: Select a club.
- Total Available: Enter the total number of this recognition that will be available to members of the selected club. If Unlimited Stock is set in Section 6, this field will be disabled and there will be no limit.
- Limit Per Visit: Enter a value.
- Price: Enter a value.

Price Type: Select a price type.
Section 2: Qualifiers and limitations

Finish Date: Select a date to determine how long the recognition will be available for use in EQ campaigns. As the recognition is applied by EQ, it's best to set this date far into the future so you can use the same offer multiple times.
Note: Recognitions will expire either at the Finish Date or based on the Days To Collect set in Section 6.
Section 3: Occurrence

Availability: Set to Every Interaction.
Section 4: Communication

POS Message Text: This notifies the POS operator that the recipient is eligible for a recognition.
Section 5: Control/trial group
No specific setup is required in this section for EQ recognitions.
Section 6: Manually selected recognitions only
- Manually Select Recognition: Select to allow EQ to use the recognition.
- Reward needs to be Collected: Select if you want the offer to expire at a certain time after being sent out.

Days to Collect: If you've selected the above option, define the period from when the member earns the reward to when it will expire.
Note: If this is set, it will override the Finish Date set in Section 2. - External Code: This value will be displayed in EQ. We recommend you match the Name of the recognition (in Section 1) with this.

Unlimited Stock: Select if you want there to be no limit on the number of this recognition that will be available to members of the selected club.
Section 7: Vouchers
No specific setup is required in this section for EQ recognitions.
